Amanda Bintz is a writer from Upstate New York who now calls Philadelphia home. She writes primarily speculative fiction, both sci-fi and fantasy, and nonfiction, including personal essays, articles, and reviews. Amanda began writing creatively around the age of 8 and completed her first novel, “Wolf Warrior,” when she was in the 4th grade. She is currently close to completing a second novel, a work of speculative children’s literature, that her 4th-grade self would have loved. She is also developing a historical fiction/fantasy novel about Alexander the Great’s half-sister, Thessalonike.
